| I paid $1655 CDN for my car and $1737 CDN for my truck. That is with a 43% savings on both for being a good driver. |

Here's my 2 cent's worth....
Gigi, you are smart--no car!
The rest of us:
1) If you have a car loan, then you must carry "full coverage" to protect the BANK. Once your loan is paid off, however, then (if the car is older) you can change to just liability coverage to save premiums. >> (Invest your saved $$ in a new C4004 chip for your kids college?)
2) Some insurance companies give up to a 25% discount if you carry both Auto & Homeowners coverage w. the same carrier.
3) Raise your deductibles, to reduce premiums, if you haven't already.
4) Pray that our politicians get off their asses and fund High-Speed Rail in the US, asap, like the rest of the civilized world has. I would enjoy the feeling of speeding along at 290 mph without getting a ticket and having to put up with the F@$%%@G airport BS that we live with now!
,,,and, NO, I'm not Suzy Orman...lol
HAPPY GREEN WEEK, all! |

No, "half coverage". When i crash an other car, and it's my fault I have to pay 150€ overall...
And the next unfair thing is: I had 2 crashes, and no crash caused by my own fault... Anyway, I have to pay 700€ _________________ i440BX
