I just checked out some of your Ebay chip offerings and the P4001s look like solder pulls to me. Definitely not unused as is stated.

Hi johnorun, thank you for your interest in my items.

I really need to thank you johonrun. After consulting an expert he identified an uncommon chip in that lot. The i stamp in the Pin 1 notch on the plastic mark.

With regards to them being solder pulls. I can confirm they are new and taken out of a tube by myself. I have updated the auction with new pictures.

My apologies.
Your new photos have a better lighting angle that the prior one. In the old pic the angle made the chip leg look like it had solder clumps on it. I can see now that this was caused by the way the light reflected from the chip legs.

The new pics and angles show off the nice chips even better! I wonder how many Intel chips have the "i" in the notch?
