Look at the first post of this section, "Sticky" post... "CPU compatiblity list by Motherboard"
Choose the link for Asus:
h t t p : // support .asus. com/cpusupport/cpusupport.aspx?SLanguage=en-us
and then select CPU from "Search CPU Using", then select AMD Athlon XP and then your XP 3200+ (you lucky guy!) and press OK.... all list to your eyes!
