Hi!
For a special project I'm looking for datasheet of 511000A (Siemens, Motorola or so) or KM41C1000 (Samsung). It's important for me to know the pinout of a DIP 1MBit DRAM. I will have maybe some fun with ZMD U61000C then

Same problem here: No DIP, only SOJ and ZIP
