I's like to get pdfs of some of the original datasheet for these chips.
any chance you have some datasheets? |

Yes, I have a lot of soviet CPUs in original packages(boxes) with datasheets inside. I am going to write next article about packages and create datasheet archive. Learn Russian! 
BUT! Soeviet datasheets are something different than the western ones.
They contain very scant information. Historically the circumstances were such that soviet engineers firstly used western chips (and datasheets). The most important task of soviet industry was to copy the chip, soviet datasheets usually were bad and short version of western datasheet translation. Engineers as a rule used western datasheets.
