Is it a Engineering sample or Qualification sample?

Can I have some documentary evidence to prove it whether it is ES or QS (e.g. Intel data sheet or Processor specifcation update)

Thanks.

This information is not in the datasheet. It should be in some version of the Pentium Pro specification update. I have two different versions of the specification update, and this S-Spec is not listed there Sad

Qxxx = Q-Spec = Qualification / Engineering Sample

I thought he wanted to know exactly if it's an ES or QS. I could be wrong.

Yes, I do want to know whether it's ES or QS. I'm so confused as some say it's ES, some say it's only QS. I guess it's ES but no document to prove it. I therefore ask for supporting document to identify it.
