Can anyone tell me what size this 30pin memory is and or what systems it was used in?
Was going to post in the "Info Request" section, but it says "Chips" only so thought this may be a better place to look for help.
Any help would be much appreciated.

... and a single one was useless.
At least two were needed, or four, or eight _________________ You may use the photos I have posted here under CC BY-NC-SA license. |

| Yes, it's 256K module - pin 18 A9 seems to be not connected. |

Hi,
it's a 256 KB with parity, 30 pin SIMM used in early IBM PS/2 models like the -30. Nice SIMM! |
