Friday, August 8, 2008

1 US Dollar = 8.96292 Zimbabwe Dollar
1 Zimbabwe Dollar (ZWD) = 0.11157 US Dollar (USD)

Median price = 8.93188 / 8.96292 (bid/ask)
Minimum price = 8.92450 / 8.95550
Maximum price = 8.94240 / 8.97350

Nah, they just use a different rate.

I pulled mine from XE.com
1.00 USD = 10.9600 ZWD

So the ZWD is continueing its decline.

But Hungary pengo still hold the record:
100 millions b-pengo
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:HUP_100MB_1946_obverse.jpg
and milliard b-pengo
http://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%A4%D0%B0%D0%B9%D0%BB:HUP_1000MB_1946_reverse.jpg
In fact b-pento is a shortcut of 1.000.000.000.000 pengo for avoiding too many zeroes
and at the last picture is the biggest banknot ever - 1.000.000.000.000.000.000.000 Smile
