Hi, I am trying to pay a large order (19x) for debs via paypal. but I was told I have reached a limitation of sending money. and suggest me to add a new credit card.
Today I called the credit card center, they told me it is nothing to do with my credit card already added to paypal.
and my credit card has more than 20000RMB's amount.
any one can konw that the paypal has a limitation amount of sending money. how could i eliminate this limitation?
thank you!

If I remember well, I think you have to become a PayPal Verified User or something like that. Nothing to pay but you have fill in more informations about you.
But I'm sure a PayPal-friendly collector will help you better than me. _________________ My microprocessor collection: The Gecko's CPU Library |

Have you tried again today? Maybe there is a cap on transactions/amounts per day etc. If it still doesn't work, speak to Paypal. I've sent several large euro payments with no problem (including a big one to debs) |

I broke limitations by post adress confirming :
1) send paper proof (TV programs bill)
2) waited 2 months
3) call to them
4) again send paper proof (TV programs bill)
5) waited 1 day
6) have full access to account without limitations
You should give me good beer for that tip _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |

I think rules differ depending on the country you live in.
In France, once you have a premium verified account, the only limit is the maximum billing allowed by your bank (not paypal !) for your credit card per month.

this is a limit of how much cash you could transfer from paypal to bank acount. not a limit of paying money to other. _________________ My vintage CPU collection:www.cpumuseum.com

paypal help center
Q What is the maximum amount I can send with my PayPal account?
A You can view your Sending Limit on your Limits page.
Here's How:
1. Click the My Account tab.
2. Click the View Limits link next to the yellow Balance box (if there is not a View Limits link, your account has no Sending Limit).
3. Your remaining sending limit is listed under the Sending Limit heading.

my paypal account is a verified premier account too
however ,i believe never seeing that link before
even when my account was unverified
therefore ,i guess it is a new policy of the paypal,
possible introduced in recent 2 or 3 years( my account is opened since 2001) |

Yes, this new policy was introduced about a year ago. If you want to send/receive mote money than allowed, you will need an advanced verification.
In order to complete the process you need to send different strange documents to PayPal.
They can ask you for your trading licence or information about your company, althlough you don't have a company.
They could require the invoices of your suppliers. PP doesn't care if you didn't sold anything yet. Or they just ask you for a TV programs bill
There is another way to bypass the limitation. Just add another credit card (if exist) to your PP account. |

Hugo, I don't mind how long it take you to pay. I have known you for long enough to know you are a genuine buyer, so your package will be safe once I finish preparing them all _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

thank you debs. I do have another card, but it is neither a vista nor mastercard, so i cannt add it to paypal. I think let us wait some more days (I believe it must be less than one month), then my paypal will be functioning in normal state.
