Everybody who has purchased from (lzf70000) and has not received there items, can you please post here with your country you live in?
Iam trying to get an idea who has recevied there items and where China can deliver to?
is it just United States that can not receive any items from China? or is it
worldwide that this is affecting?

I would really like to get my C4004 / board on ebay if i can maybe forward to somebody else then to forward to me? iam willing to pay the extra fees.

its a shot in the dark but worth a try if its still available?
Thanks Joe.

So many chips I want to buy, but I get no reply from (LZF7000)
I see other people from the U.S. that have recently received items on his feedback.

i understand there is a language barrier, but to get absolutly no type of answer or communication to why he cant ship a different courier service like FED EX ,UPS, or DHL is very unfair.

A reasonable answer to why he cant ship Fed EX or DHL, UPS when iam willing to pay the extra fees I would consider acceptable.

IAM NOT TRYING TO POST NEGATIVE FEEDBACK OR PUT DOWN (LZF70000) AS HE LOOKS LIKE A HONEST SELLER,
BUT I DO THINK IT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE FOR HIM TO GIVE ME A HONEST ANSWER WHY HE CANT SHIP ANOTHER COURIER SERVICE IF IAM WILLING TO PAY. SO FAR IAM UNDER THE ASSUMPTION HE SOLD THE C4004 TO CHEAP AND DOESNT WANT TO HOLD HIS HALF OF THE BARGAIN. EVERYBODY ELSE SEEMS TO SPEAK ENGLISH TO HIM VERY WELL? I MADE IT SIMPLE IN MY QUESTION---

PLEASE SHIP DIFFERENT COURIER SERVICE- FED EX- UPS- DHL-
I WILL PAY SHIPPING

AND I ALSO PUT THE HYPERLINKS IN.
DOESNT GET ANY EASIER THAN THAT..

ANY SUGGESTIONS TO WHAT WOULD BE FAIR?
I THINK I HAVE A FAIR RIGHT TO PURCHASE AND PAY THE SHIPPING FEES NO MATTER WHAT THEY ARE?

JOE.

As we already told you it's not A LZF7000 fault but it's all caused due to the hard restriction on shipping in Cina for the Olimpics game. Even if you use your personal courier this kind of board can't leave Cina, please be patien I think that in a month or two all will be back to normal way

I dont think that theres anything any of us can do about this, So i would stop with all the posts about it, i dont think complaining or whatever is going to do much to help youre cause, altho i feel for you because you got that board for such a inexpensive price, but then maybe thats why he doesnt want to do the deal , i dont know. If this goes on and you feel bad about it, leave a comment in the post about the GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY on ebay thread. Thats what its there for.

I see two possible scenarios...

1. LZF reads all your post and emails as "ship it now or else," and as there seem to be restrictions in China post he can not do that, instead he gives you the money back. If it is possible for you to wait a month or so on this, ask him if he can keep it for you until its safe to ship. I have done that myself several times (not that amount of money, but still a fair deal)

2. He has got a better deal somewhere else.

-----------I dont think that theres anything any of us can do about this, So i would stop with all the posts about it, i dont think complaining or whatever is going to do much to help youre cause,--------

Well for starters- advising people that what ever you buy from -LZF70000- in China or any other China seller is a null and void auction because it cant ship from China.

How many more buyers are going to be put in the same situation "I" and everybody else who has bought from him or any other China seller or the next person who wins something and realizes he cant have it delivered to him/her.

Wouldnt you be happy to know that you cant bid on a item because there are restrictions of having the item delivered to you? Would you have bidded knowing that?

Yes he has no control over China Postal shipping.
But continuing to sell when you cant deliver is false advertising if you ask me. advising buyers of the situation I think would be a great cause and would do alot to help other buyers to be aware of the shipping restrictions if thats the case.

Iam sure alot of Newbie Collectors would be at ease knowing this.
How many of you would have bidded on auctions in China if you knew they couldnt be delivered?

he has alot of chips I would like to purchase, but whats the use of bidding and buying if you cant own them or have them delivered to you?

alot of this can be avoided if he posts that everything he is selling can not leave China because of the Hard restrictions in shipping. or if hes willing to hold the chips til all these restriction rules let up. some type of communication or heads up? so far Iam under the assumption he can only sell his chips to China Buyers?

iam not out to ruin his reputation, actually trying to help him out.
iam sure there are alot of you collectors out there that want to buy, but havent because of the shipping situation.

Sorry if I sound like iam complaining, but if i dont stand up to a situation like this, its only going to happen again and again til somebody finally gets fed up and it goes either good or bad

Good- Lets Help LZF70000 out with a problem thats going to effect many more collectors out there who want to buy his chips.

Bad--- lets leave LZF70000 negative feedback because he is a dishonest seller.

Hes the one whos going to loose money when he has to refund or receive negative feedback because of a situation that can be avoided if somebody can translate all this to him in Chinese.

Do we have any Chinese interpreteur willing to step up to the plate and help a fellow China seller out of a situation that is only going to get worse unless somebody notifies him of a problem that can be avoided?

advising International buyers of the China Shipping restrictions I think would be a great cause and wouldnt be complaining but rather helping out?

if I or the next collector didnt know him or cpuworld iam sure he would have alot of negative feedback- its because of collectors like yourself who are willing to help out a fellow collector/seller are the reasons why he still has good feedback, if i didnt speak to anybody on this site i would have already left him negative feedback and would have assumed he didnt want to sell the C4004 Chip / board because it sold to cheap.

sure iam willing to wait 2-3 months to buy the C4004 board / chip but how can I get that through to him if he has never ever responded to anything I have ever sent him.

I think Iam being as honest and fair as it can possibly get without having everybody think that iam out to ruin him or complain about something that only few people knew about China's shipping restrictions.

I would like to Purchase the C4004 chip/ board or just chips if the board is holding up the shipping restrictions. iam willing to pay and have him hold my payment for 3 months just to secure the purchase, but how do i get that through to him wthout everybody telling me he doesnt speak english or its a china restrictions problem, or that iam complaining and theres nothing to do to make the situation better? is this what we do- sit back stay quiet and close our eyes to the problem that is only going to get worst if nobody speaks up and translates a resolution to the problem to him? if not , We might as well get in line and start leaving him negative feedback because its only a matter of time til it starts to happen.

My exact thoughts! number 1.

Iam willing to give him the benifit of the doubt on number 2.
but so far it seems all iam doing is complaining when all iam trying to do is make other people aware, make it fair, and be honest as I would expect from any other seller / buyer, collector.

1.
If it is possible for you to wait a month or so on this, ask him if he can keep it for you until its safe to ship. I have done that myself several times (not that amount of money, but still a fair deal)

2. He has got a better deal somewhere else.

I shipped $300.00 worth of chips to a collector of this site? I think? the package was shipped to a different country- I reshipped another packge and added 60-$80 worth of extra collector chips just for the delay and hassles. why-- because thats what type of a honest seller that iam.

what did I get in return. the buyer ended up getting the lost package and he was honest enough to tell me he received it and is still waiting for the second package I sent him.

Honesty got him free chips- and a better deal on more chips the next time around!

Joe.

Well,
I have been patient, absolutey no response!
and saying that LZF70000 doesnt speak english and doesnt understand much is BS. he can accept payments respond to buyers questions perfectly well. but can not respond AT ALL. has pretty much told me that he is dishonest seller, and from 3 buyers I heard from on this site and off site...this is not the first time he done this. if he wanted more for it he should have put a reserve on it! claiming items lost to not sell is also BS!
not shipping because of the olympics, well he should have at least responded and worked with me on it, but he has no intentions of doing so.
what else can I do but make other U.S. Buyers aware of his dishonesty

Time to drop the negative Bomb on him!
and yes you wont have to hear me complain anymore Laughing AMEN! Very Happy

Yeah I know iam the bad guy! Crying or Very sad
anybody want to drop a few words or defend him before I leave him negative fedback?

Ive done everything i can possibly do to make this work-12 days with absolutley no communication. then to have the nerve to try and get a final value fee refund from Ebay? wow its like iam watching the China Gymnastic olympics all over again! if you cant Beat them Cheat them!

I really don't know if it correct to leave a negative feedback, he just refunds you so you haven't lost your money.
Many of us have bought a lot of cpu from another seller from China in June and we are still waiting the cpu (or the money back) but we still wait because we trust this seller (we have bought a lot of times from him without problems). For me it's the same with LZF70000, I've bought many times from him and I trust him, one time I asked him if was possible to delay a payment for two months and for him was ok.
Negative feedback should be used only when a seller/buyer act against the Ebay rules.
