LZF might not be perfect, but then who (in this world...) is? I have bought from sellers all over the world (as have most of us here), and although LZF has not always been the easiest person to do business with (due to communication issues, nothing else), he has always been honest.
If you have a problem with him, instead of complaining here (a non-English speaker cannot be expect to read every post in every area of an English language forum...), why not ask someone who speaks both English and Chinese to help you communicate with him? Or better still, think about learning Chinese, so you won't have to worry when he cannot tell you in English what has happened in a way that makes sense to you?
Joining a forum like this just to constantly complain about a member/seller who does not speak your own language is not going to earn you favour with anyone.

wow- I just wrote up a whole page- then decided to delete it-
Why?
because if i try to answer everybodies question about what is right and what is wrong this post will be the longest topic in this forum .
there will always be somebody saying he said she said- iam better! hes better !shes better! mines worth more because Blah! Blah! Blah! Blah!-

OK- Clean and simple!
if anybody needs to translate any language from english to Chinese or any other language to any other language you can go here and it will type it they way you write to the language you want to translate it to.
SO to make along story short- fair and simple- I wrote LZF70000 an email in english translated to Chinese-
(Chinese writing)
requesting to either sell me the chip and ship it when china post restrictions let up and i will pay him and he can hold my funds for what ever how long it takes 3-4 months etc...
or ship it to another country to a friend and i will pay both fees in shipping.
and most importantly please email me back in chinese or english and i will translate whatever hes saying, also i forwarded him the link so that he can translate what ever he has to say in english or chinese. the email i wrote to him is in chinese- so fair is fair -he needs to at least respond now that there is no excuses why he can not communicate that he does not understand english.
if he chooses not to respond i say 1 week is fair then i have no choice to leave him negative feedback-
Iam trying to be fair and done everything i can possibly do to work this out.

I have been fair and have made all attempts to try and work this transaction out and you have ignored my emails and phone calls!
I dont want to leave negative feedback but you leave me no choice,
members here on this site have spoken on your behalf about delay in communication because you do not understand english.
I have now wrote to you in chinese and you have not answered or honored the auction, so you leave me with the understanding you sold the c4004 chip to cheap or you sold it to somebody else for more.

using excuses like the olympics china post - lost items on ES samples, and not able to communicate in other languages is going to cause you more loss in the future if you dont start honoring your auctions.

What other collectors havent received items from LZF70000? We have all said already, we have had good results with him for many years and if you would just chill you might to. A seller can give pretty much any excuse they want for not sending an item as long as they refund your money.
Stop...please. |

Consider this:
a) you haven't lost any money
b) you are wasting a lot of time
c) frustration is bad for your health
d) there are peaks of offer from time to time, with several C4004 on sale simultaneously for USD 200-300
My recommendation is: forget it.
Take a deep breath, learn to use eBay monitoring software that will check for you (I used eBay Prospector myself for months), or, since you're living in California, tour the surplus equipment companies... If you know what type of machines contained 4004s, it's not that hard to find one. |
