What technology is Celeron 4xx

I have two Celeron, 420 SL9XP and 430 SL9XN. But i canīt find exact information about this Processor-Class. Is it NetBurst or Core technology or mayby Hybrid?

These processors are based on the Core 2 Duo architecture, they are basicly intel core 2 duo's with only 1 core enabled.

And they dont work with quite a few board they fit into, namely 800-series chipset boards (855 I can confirm).

thats the reason why both processors did not work on my MB Embarassed mea culpa

fortunately i got both cheap

Poor information: Your board, I take it, is a socket 479mPGA? Fopr Pentium Mobile? Those do go pretty cheap, but make sure to not get a Dothan P-M (533Mhz FSB)... They wont work either.

Celeron 420 & 430 are LGA cpus...
He didn't say Celeron M 420 or Celeron M 430

yes, SL9XP and SL9XN are 775 FC-LGA6 processors
