Hello,
here is a picture taken by me of a POWER-1 CPU card, used in IBM RS/6000 servers (1990). This is the RIOS-1 version of the POWER-1 CPU. I've added superimposed remarks with 1) IBM part numbers/FRUs and the corresponding chip purpose and 2) transistor count for each chip. I hope You will find it useful...

Hi,
transistor counts are in thousands (by example 500 = 500K).
