Hehe, this reminds me of 1990-1991, just before Soviet Union collapse when you can't buy nothing from the stores. There was a beer selling point - literally 2 by 3 meters where you can buy open beer from tap. Naturally, you bring your own bottle or whatever canister with you (most popular were 3 liter juice bottle). The guy with heavy hangover in queue hand over ordinary plastic bag and orders 3 liters of beer. Unfortunately, the bag was heavily used and had numerous holes in it. It looked like sieve. Boy, was he running fast to his mates waiting for the beer. That was funny to watch.

P.S.
Had just consumed bottle of Saku Rock beer and third of bottle of red wine.

I remember milk bags in supermarkets... Yugoslavija.

Most say that chinese food is absolutely different from what you can get in Europe, as food is adjusted to european taste. I don't know how much of this is true, but all my friends told me that you can have absolutely good food for very little money, and they usually give a bag with what you couldn't eat for the day after. NOT a doggy bag, just taking away what you paid for.

Astonishing country.

We have milk bags here in Estonia too. And keefir or kefiir (it's like yogurt) also.

Pretty cheap for us, I think it's in range for china.

For 5-10 € you can eat at restaurants, middle-up class kind. Depends on what you take (expensive dishes per se will make costs levitate, but still cheap for EU-US dwellers). My brother rarely cooks, and his wife almost never, as it's faster and better to go out to eat.

---

Milk bags and yoghurt bags are things I'd like to buy once, the only country close enough is Slovenia, I'll try something fancy next time I go there.
Maybe andamus could do that Smile

Looking at that bag of beer again, I imagine Aliens must be confused, because it looks the same going in as it does coming out.

Most of our german food is very
unhealthy (too much beef and fat). Sad
