Hi all,

Today wandering at a computer shopping centre I came across a strange Athlon CPU
It hasn't got any K7xxxx or Axxxx sort of marking, instead it has a nice flat black surface. Wink The seller has no idea of what speed this cpu was running at too.
I had a look into the CPU and saw it got two cache chips.
And this CPU have the normal Athlon logo, not any K7 or AMD ES that is known, it also have a line of white word at the left bottom of the cartridge.
Photo will be post after I get the CPU on my hand.

Anyone know what it is and what speed it was running at?

This CPU runs at exactly 0 MHz. It's mechanical sample, means it has no real CPU inside.

Elar already explained why the chip doesn't have part markings, so I can only say - what a nice sample!
