Same here. I never had trouble with him combining shipments.
Maybe because it's international? Insurance?

Lol, same experience here.
I bought 18 modern mobile cpus for silly price in the US, to laptopaid. Each is 6$ shipping for us. He send me invoice for France with 50$ shipping.
I told him that I have an address in USA (thanks John) and he updated his invoice => 50.99$ of shipping...
I told him that it was not consistent and send me a new invoice with "only" 45$, a great favor according to him...

Result : he will keep his damn cpus.

name and shame, that's my opinion. If someone is going to charge stupid prices for ship[ping (especially if it is someone who has overpriced their chjips already...), then name them and shame them, otherwise other members will have the same problem.

It must be his international shipping because I have bought from him a few times and shipping was pretty good.

Really do you not image which is this seller?

With ACSurplus I stopped to buy directily more of one year ago (I bought some items via group buy)
With Laptopaid I don't bought nothing after I discover his shipping prices ....
and the seller of Lither experience (... a forum member .... so I'm pretty sure to thinking right) is on the margin of my black list

Same as Mixeur, I have got sometimes group of CPUs from laptopaid (ebay seller), generally delivery costs were reasonable, 5 CPUs 23 USD. Last bought from him, I selected 12 Intel mobile CPUs and delivery costs to Spain were 56 USD !!!!!!!! I requested for some reduction and final delivery costs were 49 USD, I still didn't paid but now thinking about to get help from one colleague from this forum to resend.

No mention to a lost delivery value of 47 USD some months ago from him.

Of course, it seems fairly obvious that he is talking about kubeshauseli, known currently on ePay as jamesmaliey. I just think it would make sense when a seller is carrying out poor business practice and overcharging by that much for shipping that they be named, so someone browsing the forum in 6 months time can get the information.

As you have mentioned, he is not the only seller to use practices to get extra profit from unsuspecting buyers, and I think they should always be named. There is a thread at http://www.cpu-world.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=126 for naming them, so everyone can see who they are. It just needs buyers (and sellers) to be more consistent in reporting such problems.

OK, let's hope no new member gets robbed by the unnamed seller....

If kubeshauseli does not do this, I apologise for my suggesting it might be him.

I'm completely sure - the green men from Mars owe this eBay account. icon_giggle

Could somebody PM me the name of this seller please? I'm not a new member here, but I don't know this TOP SECRET name.
