AMD Athlon XP 2000+ or Sempron 2200+ Upgrade

I was planning on upgrading this system CPU I have. Its a Socket A (462) motherboard, supports 266/333/400 Front Side Bus, with a 1 GB of ram that runs at the same speed as the CPU's Front Side Bus clock speed. I was wondering which processor should I upgrade to Athlon XP 2000+ 1.666GHz 266 FSB or Sempron 2200+ 1.5GHz 333 FSB?

Any suggestions?

I would go for Athlon XP 2000+.

BTW, why do you want to upgrade to Athlon XP 2000+ / Sempron 2200+? If your board supports 400 MHz FSB then it would make more sense to upgrade to faster Athlon XP processor.
