If someone wants to see my identification card/passport trough chip-buy - no problem. I can tell you my last forum-buyers of chips there u can ask if Iīm reliable.
John want one 4004 grey chip from me. Iīve make an offer for him and reserved and reduced the price for the chip specially if John use moneybookers for payments.

No one is questioning your honesty.
One problem is that US buyers are NOT accepted by moneybookers, so how do we pay, unless we happen to know someone that will go to the trouble of forwarding a Paypal payment that has to be sent to them (for fees) and then they have to convert this to moneybroker (for another fee), which takes several more days to get released to the seller.
Does all this time wasted make sense?
There must be a better way. At least an old-fashioned Postal Money Order is safe and cheap! |

John, i understand the situation and the difficulty - but what are u doing seeing "must-have" chips on ebay where seller donīt accept paypal or donīt shipping to your country? Either u did'nt bid or find "another way" to handle this buy by another guy, right?
I mean to say: Every potential buyer knows my payment terms, because I declared it cleary in each auction and/or mail. Every buyer can surf to www.moneybookers.com and read the details of payment methods, so where is the problem?
But wepwawet offered to handle the payment/S+H for you. Thanks Michael.
@Kosmokrator: Mike, i donīt know why the shipping takes so long, sorry. Maybe it would be the status of an insured, registered letter...

I think the point John is getting at is that many collectors on this forum live in the US and you don't accept a form of payment that US collectors can use. Just a simple fact.
I understand your situation but am just pointing out what John, myself and some other collectors from the US may be thinking. In all honesty I think it would benefit you more than anyone to make your chips available to US collectors. |

My dealings with schoeneweide have been first class, so please don't take my comments as criticism of him. I was simply giving a point of view on paypal vs moneybookers. _________________ My former Intel collection:

After I tried to register and pay you through moneybroker.com, I got the message that ..."We currently do not accept customers from your country of residence. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience."
I am in the US. What does that mean?
When you mentioned that you accepted moneybrokers as your only payment method, I assumed it would be open to US users.
Now I know that I can't use it.
Anyway, I have found another way to get you my payments for our present transaction. |

Hope you registered at moneybookers not moneybroker.com
John, iīve written that Iīve not seen that u.s. accounts are not allowed. Itīs okay - my mistake, big sorry.
But you know our deal with moneybookers since more like 4 weeks - have you looked at moneybookers.com before you registered yesterday? I think you should have also take a look if itīs possible to use moneybookers for your country, isn't it?
I donīt want to argue. I think we find a way to complete the sales to our satisfaction |

I get trouble now. although I registered with moneybookers successfully. but the verification of both my credit card are failed. the return codes are: "Transaction ID: 108601881 , Verification of saving money failed".
Do anyone know how to pay by other ways?
It seems that I can pay now but my maxim limit of payment is ZERO dollars! _________________ My vintage CPU collection:www.cpumuseum.com

The Paypal option cannot be turned off as stated in the shipping terms pasted below.
Shipping terms: I accept only moneybookers.com and international bank transfer - no paypal! (i canīt turn off paypal-function - this seller-form wants to turn on one of the payments methods) S+H costs within europe 4,00Euro / worldwide 6,00Euro |
