cpuswe, do you have a missing/stolen cpu page on your site? |
Could be easily created with a "Stolen/Missing" category in the database. _________________ My collection: http://www.cpucollection.se :::::: http://www.chipdb.org Photos of chips you never knew existed. Now over 6000 different chips in the database. |

It would be nice here or on your site... I don't know if it would do any good but it may help the "losers" feel better as well as an appreciation for their loss. _________________ The two most common elements on Earth are oxygen and stupidity. |

Yes. They are all on my website, perfectly clear scans of the top and bottom of every one of them, except maybe the K6/266ADZ* which is not so clear... _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

Does anyone know what happens if this is not resolved before the latest date Paypal give for either party to escalate this to a claim? Does the locked funds automatically get restored to me, or does it get automatically paid to Mixeur?
This is causing me far more problems than just not knowing what is happening to this package, and I need to know what might happen next if Mixeur takes too long to sort it out _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

Haha, always the same problems with Paypal. So the solution is very simple: Paypal is not a bank -> don't use it!
For transfers of money with the EU (like Italy -> UK) it is absolutely not neccessary. _________________ Frank. |

However, if you send money from the UK-> Italy does it take a month?
Or is that just the mail lol _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

It takes 3 working days + the day you make the wire transfer.
Italy's "Poste" is like gambling some times. When you ask what happened they just reply that they don't know. |

Unfortunately, I do not yet know a bank in the UK that will let me transfer money within Europe without paying a higher fee than what Paypal charge. If anyone does know such a bank, please let me know
Of course, it is different the other way round. Most, if not all, of Europe can send money to the UK without having to pay. It's the British banks who are being greedy _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

Just so everyone knows, Mixeur has at last ended the dispute and allowed me to refund 50% of the total amount paid. The funds that were locked by Paypal have now been freed up, but as the value of the Pound against the Euro dropped by about 10% recently I have also lost more than just the 50%
I still hope to get something sorted by DHL, but am not going to hold my breath waiting _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.
