And what's about the CC chargeback? I heard you can initiate a CC chargeback during 6 months after payment was made. |

Maybe Qwerty is right.
Wuhao, if you don't provide us proof of shipping we will have to do something to protect ourselves. Could you at least explain us what you already do? Did you ship them in June or later? Are our parcel shipped with China Post or another way?
Lither, Hugo, could you tell us what chips he's currently selling?

I'm surprised nobody has taken action to recover their money, having had two packages from me go missing and knowing the one for which I had proof of DELIVERY took action against me.

I also didn't get two CPUs from him which I had bought in the end of June. I took action to recover money, however, dispute ended without nothing. Seller didn't contact me, ebay also didn't sent me any message about their decision. I just saw later that wuhao is not registered user anymore.

To take action to recover money sent as a payment for items (eBay or private), you have to put in a claim with Paypal within 60 days of the payment being made. A dispute does not lead to a refund, a claim does if the seller ignores it. That's why nothing happened and others are no longer able to do anything about it.

I got a good news. Hong Kong's friends and x11west have been received.
I think that gave me a list of friends should be received soon.
I will be here to sell some CPUs. If you like my CPUs,I can shipping to you, and...When you receive the package give me the money(Payment after Delivery).If so, I think, should not be any loss, right? HeHe~ |
