It has these numbers:

AXDA3200DKV7E

AQZFA (I think...) 0334MPMW

It comes up right in CPU-Z with all the correct stats and it validates.

Is it legit? I think it is but I can't say for sure. Comments? Real? Fake?

all looks OK. Your motherboard a bit underclock FSB from 200 to 198.82 MHz but that is not big difference.
