One of the australian members mite be interested in this piece of history from 1984
a working IBM Portable Computer Model 5155 up for sale/auction

at 14kg (30lbs) i wouldnt except anyone to ship it overseas 
or there is a 1988 Amstrad Portable PPC 640

Nice unit.
I have a working IBM Portable Computer Model 5155, if any US buyers are looking for one.
The Amber screen is a pleasant change from the typical "Green screen" that early 1980's PC's had.
