All of the S-specs are already in the database. There is an easy way to check a bunch of s-specs - Ctrl-A on any HTML page, and then insert it into textarea field on this page:
http://www.cpu-world.com/cgi-bin/members/check-sspecs.pl
It will display a page where all known S-spec number are linked and have green background, and all unknown S-spec numbers have red background.

Very interesting your sSpec identification tool at this page. With your tool, I found some CPUs not included not in your Database:
Q761
Q903
QA50
QE33
QTF2
SL2Z8
SX246
SX351
