Hi,
This is a SuperSparc II , not Super sparc (SS have a round cap, SS2 a square one)
Usually, frequency is written on the chip... It's seems not to be the case here 
SuperSparc II are between 75 and 90 MHz.

yes, I know its a SS2 but its printing reads "SUPERSPARC TM".
I do a quick browse only found this one was produced earlier if "9517" is its datecode.
