Hi guys:
I find I always could not get connected to DOT MIL website when googled some info and tried to open those hit links. 
Is .mil website blocked from our country? 
Can guys from other country get connected to?

when i go to enter the site from Oz, it asks for a valid digital certificate. 
when i cant provide it, it throws me off
