Unfortunately I can't test it since the laptop it came from is missing parts. Anyways photos here. Information would be appreciated, So far it appears to be a Celeron 700MHz Qualification Sample. Thanks in advance.

It's possible to remove the plates easily without destoying the PCB, just bend the plate starting from a corner without rivet, and rivet will stay on the PCB.
