acording to this page:
http://www.x86-guide.com/en/collection/Via-Eden-ESP-6000-(Model-9)-cpu-no1040.html

It should be a 666MHz Eden ESP 6000 processor

But voltage is different though Rolling Eyes

As I know VIA produced several types of mobile C3 in bga package:
Samuel 2 (180 nm technology) - 1.5-1.6 V
Ezra (130 nm) - 1.35 V
Nehemiah (130 nm) 1.4-1.45 V
and low power Eden ESP 1.05-1.2 V
So my must be Samuel 2
and answer must be here:
http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/C3/VIA-C3-800AMHz%20EBGA%20(1.65V).html
but it is AG44VT1
