unfinished chips, wafers.... added on my website. i thought that will

I wonder if under a micro scope, on the dies themselves, would you find some more details of the manufacturer or somthing. Be cool to see Very Happy

i looked at the dies under the microscope, but i did not find any manufacturer, only unusual numbers. i will add some corepictures for you all.

Hi,
the chips with the long and thin die should be CCD sensors for barcode reader.

Two leftmost chips at http://www.cpu-galaxy.at/other_Stuff/Unready/Unready_and_Testing.htm are also image sensors.

These are all chips made by WF.

L211, L220, L110 etc. The L220C should be double bonded...

Nice display! But how are the chips held there? By their pins only? I hope that foam has a good grip!

yes they held there only with their pins. the ground is a 0.5cm thick mos-foam with hard grip.
