Hi!

A suggestion to all...

When asking or discussing details or info of a chip here in the forums, try to always write down model/part number in the post instead of just posting an image.

Why?

Next time someone wonders about a chip like the one you asked for (and hopefully got some info about) the info will be available on Google or with the search function here.

I also think it would be good if people are going to post pics of unknown chips if they could upload them here, and not just link to an external site which will not have them available in 3 months. Different if it is hosted on your own site and you know you will not delete it Smile

debs, there are lots of pic servers which do not delete images even after years. Imageshack.us is just one, but I've known it long before I found cpu-world. IMO there should be a sticky topic somewhere with info how to ask for information - how to describe a chip, where to put photos, or even where to look for a s-spec, for that matter.

I was aware that there are some sites that do not delete, but have you looked back over many old posts to see how many have missing images because of no longer being available? That is why I said that...
