it can mean many different thing based on the context.
it can be a family name.

I would like to buy this emblem and glue it on back side of my car. I considering also my zodiac sign - bull  _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |

if you are going to use the chinese character bull (as attached bull.jpg) on your car
maybe you can consider an ancient chinese character "ben"
"ben" is make by three chinese character -bull
it means running in chinese but also implies "like a herd of bull running" or "running like a herd of bull" |
