Yes that IBM chip is really cool. Here is a picture from the bottom. As you can see it is empty. I think this one is more like a marketing sample. To show what speed grades will be available.

Top one is unknown,
The bottom one is a "Centaur, VIA"?

WOW! That Centaur is really great. This one is from the same maker. Also no print but with some hand writing. This is a Winchip 4, from what i have been told.
