i just wonder if there is any white ceramic 27256 existed?
i guess the only chance is the USSR clone
could it be USSR K573RF9 or K573RF8?
does anyone has them in collection?

РФ8 РФ9 are rather uncommon.

К573РФ8 white cer.
КM573РФ8 white cer.
573РФ8 white cer. mil. spec
КР573РФ8 black plastic
КC573РФ8 brown cer

And the 573RF3 is mistakenly shown as clone of 2732. In reality it's 4k x 16 proprietary designed EPROM for PDP-11 bus.

K565РУ1 = 2107А
К565РУ5 = 4164
К565РУ7 = HM50256 = TMM41257..... - not 41256 !
К565РУ8 = 41256 = MB81256-10

I have РУ1, РУ5 and РУ7 in stock.

The main difference between К565РУ7 and К565РУ8 is that К565РУ7 requires 9-bit refresh address.
