I tripped across this 1980 double-board module on Ebay.
The pics showed only the top board surface and I could make out a 40 pin Intel dip and really old style circuitry, which made me wonder what was hidden on the board underneath. I got it cheap enough to take a chance and when I separated the boards, I saw what looked like a 40 pin white/gold ceramic Intel C8080!
Here is the Ebay listing with pics, info and data sheet:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&item=330303864547
>>> I would like to know if this board could be put to use for some kind of project around the house.?
In the meantime, here are some of the old chips I uncovered:
Intel P8085A, P8216, P8155, TI 2716 EPROM, Signetics N82S09N, and a white ceramic 40 pin Cdip MP7550BD, that wasn't a C8080 after all
What is this, a Mostek?
>>> Any chip ID's would be helpful, plus what are the 18 red solid plastic boxes? (CR-3350....) |

Too bad it wasn't a C8080... but you gotta take chances like that!
The red blocks are probably relays. |
