I found these chipsets in a large RACAL DATACOM Modem.
Are these chip-sets?
If so what are these same-brand sets of chips called?
Notice how similar the Rockwell and Zilog trademark logos are!!
Did they merge?

| Yes, the 10464, R5310 and R5311 is Rockwell V22.bis (2400 baud) modem chipset. |
