|
|
I purchased two strange "memory" modules recently.
Each module has four 27C256L EPROMs on it. The EPROM modules are slightly larger (35-pin) than a normal 30-pin SIMM memory module.
Any idea what they are? Do you recognize the manufacturer of the EPROMS?

Interesting modules. I'm not sure that I've ever seen EPROMs on modules like that _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

Hello,
WSI = WaferScale Integration.
The size and the pin-count (35) remembers an old Cisco firmware module.
Nice finding.
