Hi,
found in a Fujitsu laser printer. Is this PQFP low-profile package rare or unusual for the Motorola 68HC000?

No chook, you don't really want that one. Besides, it is my birthday next week and that would make a great present...

That chip was in a stock standard old computer. Was quite surprised when I looked it it and saw Q140.

Dell and other companies would do that alot.

The ES/QS CPU's were provied to them for free, so if they worked well, they would sell them in systems, helped their bottom line alot.

They would of course just inform Intel that the CPU's had been destroyed (as required by the NDA's)
