i found from bankrupt electronic store this chips with other goodies too..
any idea what is?
i find something similar from fairchild with part 9344 only..
any relation???

Can you remove the top from one to expose the die?

Doubly confusing, since Fairchild used to put 2 digits after the part number for process/temp range:
So the 9344 (multiplier) would have, for instance, 934428 on the package. But at some point they dropped the extra digits, and re-numbered their memories 934xx:
Which is why data books will always trump Google...
