I got two chips marked with potomac last week. After some searching I'm guessing they are TI 386 to 486 upgrade chips.
http://homepage3.nifty.com/sandy55/Interposer/386_upgrade.html
The marking reads:
4
Potomac E3
PG 3.1
4150551-6
The bottom has 386 pin out. Does someone has further information about these chips?
Also find a MF8008-1R and a Aox 286 to 386 upgrade |

Very nice find! That's one of a very limited number of chips I have been looking for since before I knew about collectability _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.
