I had an offer of $30/ea from one person that wanted one of each step code, which i thought was a very fair offer.......however, I am in the USA and the offer came from France. Shipping charges of Fedex or DHL to France would have cost close to $60. (I checked online at their websites.) So the buyer declined to buy after considering this. They had assumed shipping was free.
Please, in the future, if you want to make an offer on something to someone, make sure you take into consideration what the shipping charges will be. It is polite for both parties to keep this in mind.

note: I will not use regular USPS mail to send someone CPU's that they paid good money for and not be able to track the shipment to make sure they got the item ok. It leaves open too many problems, and questions as to who did what and when. It may be slightly cheaper, but shipping via UPS / Fedex / DHL keeps people from getting ticked off when things don't show up, or when someone claims they never received anything.

Very Happy
