I dont know what the problem is but my cpu cant start. I even replace the power supply thinking that is the problem but it dont do any good. When I turn on the avr the motherboard LED is still alive.. Any suggestion what the problem is? Is it the board or something else. Please any advice or suggestions will really help me a lot. Thanks a lot

Assuming the system was working before, you could try an exhaustive examination. Unplug everything except cpu, video card and memory. If it still does not start, try a different cpu, different memory and different video card. This should reveal which device is the problem. If none of this works, could be a dead motherboard.
Once the basics are working, start pugging in your other devices one by one.
