If I decide to start collect, then it proberly will be Intel and Intel only from the start (4004) - (486) or so..

When i started collecting 6 months ago.. my collection was based around whatever i could find Laughing but i have slowly buying extras to fill the gaps. At this stage is is almost imposssible for me to have a comprehensive collection of pre 386 processors without spending a lot of money Shocked

So i am happy collecting mainly 486 thru to high end single core desktop & server processors, even those bulky slot processors that most seem to shy away from Laughing
I just try and get a twist on them.. like collect the same sSpec from as many manufacturing plants or marking variations in a single sSpec for example

Most collectors seem to target a particular family or manufacturer at the start, but i find they spread into others when it beomes a long period of time between new acquisitions
