First picture is a Rom/Ram module for DEC V11
DEC's first VAX microprocessor design (code name Scorpio) circa 1986
other 3 chips complete the entire chipset,
DC328 IE chip implements the instruction execution
DC329 M chip provides the cache tag store and control
DC330 F chip is a high performance, single chip, floating point unit |

Thanks isa-d for informations. I tried to google but couldn't find anything. They were saved them from going to scrap yard I gave 50 bucks for both only because they are looking nice. _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |
