When I built my last gaming rig I happened to get the s-spec SLACR. No way this was by chance. This spec was applied to what Intel knew would be the most popular gaming processor on the market for well over a year. The Q6600. I thought it very cool that they applied that s-spec. Now I notice on e-bay a bunch of Q1CK q-spec ES chips. They are 3.2 GHZ Core i7's. Quick indeed. I would buy one if they weren't $750. Props to Intel for indulging my love for unique spec codes.
