That is definitely largest and one of the most beautifull chip in my collection - weight about 0,8 kg (about 1,8 lb)

Here is a link that shows the "evolution of IBM packaging" with a pic of the heat sinks for the big TCMs. I think the individual spring loaded metal cylinders that contact each chip site are pretty cool.
