Hi smithy, i got responese from him:

These items have been shipped on the 3rd of july sorry i dont have a tracking number for them.I noticed you filled a dispute claim. Please cancel the dispute once you recieve your items. Our account has been limited due to this claim we are not able to access our account to ship out our other items to our other costumers who have already paid as well.

If everything is as what he said, I would be very sorry Embarassed

Hugo, I presume u were getting the lot of 4 486s shipped to John?

so hopefully u will get them soon and i will get the three chips i bought off him also Very Happy

I wasnt going to bother with a claim until a reasonable time had passed for shipping, as eBay had not sent out emails about not completing the transaction. This normally means that the seller has just not updated their details with them. If they send out a email.. it means the seller has been doing naughty things lol

looking at his feedback & star ratings, i wouldnt of been so hasty with a claim, as i know what constraints it puts on a sellers account.

good price u got the 486s for Wink
