Motherboard: PCChips, M925ALU, version 5.0a, Chipset VT 8751.
CPU: RN80531PC025G0K, Williamette, 1600 Frequency.
I want to know if I can upgrade to a Northwood. I.e. RK80532PC080512

I suppose the max of your upgrade could be a Pentium 4 2000 mhz on socket 423.
Maybe if you take a convertor from socket 423 to 478 then you could go a bit further, but some boards don't support this.
