I spent $100 for it, I think this is a good price 
but the truth is, when purchasing, the cheaper the better

I have a similar CPU. I did research a couple years ago and found it to be IBM TCM 9121 from a ES9000 mainframe. I forget my source. You can see this CPU and a couple other like it at: http://www.goldtraces.com/IBMmainframe.htm
I love the old IBM stuff.
