i received some toshiba chips in the mail today.. one was on an SGI board, the other was on its own..
both are tc86r4400mc-200
theyre fairly diff tho, different die sizes judging by the underside.. one is also 2 years older
anyhow, i dont remember where these came from, lol. i know it was someone here though, but i cant find any group buys or mention of them, so i forget what they actualy are .. are they just called 'toshiba 4400s'? |

I did a group buy on these a while ago, and sent you one.
www.cpushack.com has both on the front page. Toshiba went from a 5layer .35u process to a 3layer .35u process, that is why there is a difference in die size. _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
