i have owned or seen SXE19, SXE61 ,SXE 62 ,SXE 63 with a ES or sample marking (however ,all of them are 486 )
your SXE50 (286) is the first one i have seen that dont have a ES marking

since some intel Qspec chip are also without marking of ES or confidential
i believe your SXE50 is also an ES
but i am not sure
by the way , there is also no 286 with Qspec...

Would be very strange to have a 286 ES in 1994
