How rare are these chips? Compared to black top K6 (ES) or Nexgen P120?
As rare as C4040?

In my project to document the Pentium timeline (and from my collecting experience) i have only bumped in to Q0436 once, the same with Q0467 and Q0626. Several other s-specs has only two or three known chips.

So if rarity is measured how often they are seen in collections, here in the forums and on eBay i would say pretty rare.

Check the Pentium Timeline project here http://www.chipdb.org/index.php?template=timeline

Here are the data that builds the timeline. All s-specs with only the oldest has only been seen once. http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=pghWzPxCkrDUowwJfts5rDQ&output=html

as for the price
C4040 >> P5 ES >= nexgen PF100/110=black K6 >= P120

As you know: "Every dog has its day"

@Thomas I bought them accidentally. I considered at least SX948 better SX926 or other normal SSpecs and finally end up with some ES chips Wink
So guess the price...

Very lucky!!
I guess the price for common pentium or 486 would get these ES, so great! Smile
